I have been attending church all of my life. I am thankful for a Christain mother that had me in church every time the church was open. I was saved at the age of nine in Tampa, Florida, under Pastor Bobb Adams. My life verse is Ephesians 2:8,9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast." I love these verses knowing that God made it so easy for us to be saved. I was ordained as a deacon in 1994 under Pastor Kelton Williams, and over the years, I have served the Lord as a deacon and music director. I count it a privilege to serve as a deacon helping the people, fulfilling their needs as a servant. I am thankful for my family and feel blessed knowing they have all been saved and serving the Lord in different capacities. I have been married to my lovely wife Carol for 48 years. We have three wonderful children Heather (Tim), Lisa (Braucht), and Josh (Charity). We have eight precious grandchildren & welcoming our first great-granddaughter. As a family, the Lord has blessed us as a singing family, and we have been blessed to be used for the Lord's glory. My son Josh is pastoring his first church in Gainesville, FL.
