Welcome to the In-Reach Ministry at Parkway Baptist Church! Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for our church members to experience Christ-centered fellowship, build lasting connections, and strengthen our community of faith. In-Reach is a vital part of Parkway Baptist, designed to foster deeper relationships within our congregation through a variety of activities, events, and shared experiences.
What is In-Reach?
In-Reach Ministry is focused on providing ways for our members to connect with one another in meaningful and impactful ways. Throughout the year, our ministry organizes outings, activities, and fellowship dinners that are designed to build intergenerational relationships as well as peer-related connections. Whether it is a family outing, a fun game night, or a church-wide dinner, the goal is to foster a sense of belonging and spiritual unity within our congregation. Our In-Reach events offer something for everyone, ensuring that everyone has a place to belong and thrive within the Parkway Baptist family.
Biblical Insight on Fellowship and Encouraging One Another
The importance of fellowship and encouraging one another is deeply rooted in Scripture. The Bible teaches us that we are not meant to walk our Christian journey alone but in community with others.

Hebrews 10:24-25 “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.”

1 Thessalonians 5:11 “Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.”
These passages remind us of the importance of gathering together to encourage and uplift one another in love and good works. Our In-Reach Ministry seeks to provide these opportunities for assembly and mutual support.The In-Reach Ministry is dedicated to creating opportunities for comfort and encouragement through shared activities and genuine connections.
Our Year-Round In-Reach Activities
We offer a variety of In-Reach activities designed to foster community and strengthen relationships within our church family:

Fellowship Dinners: Enjoy meals together while deepening relationships with your church family. These dinners often include devotional times, testimonies, and opportunities to share prayer requests.

Outings and Day Trips: Our outings provide an excellent opportunity for members to relax, have fun, and build relational connections.

Out Reach
At Focus Outreach, our mission is clear: we focus on sharing the love of Christ through service, prayer, and encouragement in our community. We believe that every member of Parkway Baptist is called to be on mission with God (II Corinthians 6:1), and Focus Outreach provides a meaningful way to live out that calling right here at home.
Through spiritual, educational, and community-driven events, Focus Outreach seeks to build intergenerational relationships and meet real needs with the hope of Jesus. Whether it’s by participating in service projects, hosting outreach events, or providing support to individuals and families in need, we aim to be the hands and feet of Christ in practical ways.
